RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia.
Returns are not free of charge — shipping fees apply.
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. In order for the return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions: the order must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when delivered; the product must show only normal signs of use — damage caused by negligent handling is excluded; products for which hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before initiating the return procedure; any product defect must have been identified immediately upon receipt. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs. The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, it will be officially confirmed within this period. We also reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to return your order
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process. Send an email to info@jamesoxford.uk with the subject line “Return Request”, making sure to include the following information: your order number, the reason for the return request, a photo of the product in case of damage, as well as your full name and address. We will then contact you with the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender — wait for the return address we will provide. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our central warehouse in Asia.

Cancellation Conditions – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by them, received the final product.
As we operate using a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process before delivery. A refund is not possible after receipt of the products unless the products are returned. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, James Oxford, by means of an explicit declaration (for example by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal becomes effective upon receipt of the returned products. The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer.
Orders in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, over which we have no control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. However, you may inform us in advance of your wish to cancel. In order to ensure the fastest possible processing, we ask that you send us proof of shipment once the product has been returned.
Consequences of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received, excluding additional delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The following are not refundable: return shipping costs, additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method, and damage caused by improper handling. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
All returns will be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
